The Edmonton Oilers are dealing forward Evander Kane to the Vancouver Canucks in exchange for a fourth-round pick. 

Kane missed the 2024–25 regular season following surgeries but returned for the playoffs, tallying 6 goals, 6 assists, a +4 rating, 32 penalty minutes, and 45 shots while averaging 15:42 of ice time per game.
