Line Combinations: Red Wings at Panthers
Nov 2, 2026 7:16 PM

Detroit battles historical struggles in Sunrise as they kick off a grueling road trip. See the projected rosters as these two surging Atlantic Division rivals clash tonight.

On Monday, the Detroit Red Wings will look to carry their recent momentum into a challenging matchup against the Florida Panthers.

Detroit has picked up five wins in its last eight games but faces a demanding stretch ahead, with just one home game scheduled over its next seven contests as the team begins a lengthy road trip in Sunrise. Florida enters the matchup equally hot, winning six of its last eight games while holding a significant historical advantage over Detroit.

The Panthers have won four of the last five meetings between the two teams and an impressive 18 of their last 23 matchups overall. The road challenge becomes even steeper for the Red Wings, who have managed just two wins in their last 12 visits to Florida. Detroit's last road victory in Sunrise came back in January 2025, adding another hurdle as they look to get their road trip off to a strong start.
