The Red Wings announced their promotional schedule for the 2025-26 season
The Detroit Red Wings have announced their promotional and theme night schedule for the 2025-26 season. The special nights will operate as a season-long tribute to the franchise’s 100th anniversary.
Dubbed the Red Wings Centennial, the celebration will pay homage to a century of hockey tradition through special events, unique giveaways, and fan-focused experiences at Little Caesars Arena.
Festivities begin October 9 with a historic Original Six showdown against the Montreal Canadiens on Opening Night. The evening will feature the return of the Red Carpet Walk in Chevy Plaza and a Centennial rally towel giveaway for all fans in attendance.
As part of the Centennial, the Red Wings will highlight five key eras in team history: the Origins Era in October, Dynasty Era in November, Iconic Moments in December, Dominance Era in January, and the Next Flight Era in March and April. Each will be honored with dedicated theme nights, spotlighting legendary teams and players through themed giveaways like vintage bobbleheads, commemorative apparel, and a Joe Louis Arena coffee mug.
