Edmonton Oilers GM Stan Bowman confirmed the team will reevaluate its goaltending situation this offseason after a disappointing 2025-26 season. With only Tristan Jarry under contract, Bowman acknowledged the current plan did not work as expected and will be reviewed alongside the coaching staff.

Bowman pointed to Connor Ingram as a positive, noting he made strong progress after being recalled and had his game in a good place by the playoffs. However, Jarry’s season was more concerning. After a solid start, an injury derailed his momentum, and he struggled to regain form upon returning.

Ultimately, Bowman emphasized the need to assess what went wrong and indicated the Oilers will be looking for improvement in net heading into next season.
