Evan Bouchard was overlooked as a Norris Trophy Finalist. The league has chosen Rasmus Dhalin, Cale Makar, and Zach Werenski. 

This means that Bouchard, despite leading the league in points from a defenseman is not an option to win the award this season. 

Quinn Hughes was also overlooked.
