The Edmonton Oilers are looking to extend their winning streak against the Ottawa Senators. The Senators occupy the last place position in the Eastern Conference.

This will be the first of two meetings between the teams this season. The next game will be March 24.
Part of the Oilers resurgence since mid November has been the play of Evan Bouchard. Bouchard has been a tremendous weapon on the power play.
He has 36 points in 35 games for the first part of the season. Bouchard already has 17 power play points to kick off the 2023-24 season.
The power play will be a huge difference maker tonight if the Senators get into penalty trouble. The Senators have the worst penalty kill in the entire NHL - and they are going up against the Oilers sixth-ranked power play.
On the flip side the Senators have the 24th ranked power play. If this game comes down to special teams, there's a really good chance the scales tip in favor of the Oilers.
The Oilers vs Senators game will be part of Hockey Night in Canada. It will be broadcast on CBC and TVA Sports.
Game time will be at 8 PM Mountain Time.
