The Edmonton Oilers fall to 1-4-1 on the season.

Can Connor Brown play the whole season with Connor McDavid?

The Edmonton Oilers had a lead going into the third period - but the Minnesota Wild came back fast and furious.

The Wild scored five goals in the third period to win the game 7-4. They tied the game 38 seconds into the period and never let go.

The Wild had a great penalty kill, only allowing one power play goal on five Oilers opportunities.

Leon Draisaitl led the way in time on ice for the Oilers with 22:38. Warren Foegele scored twice in a losing effort. Evander Kane scored his first goal, and added an assist.

Some great signs from the Oilers, but a third period collapse cost the team the lead - and the victory.
