To the surprise of absolutely no one, they will go back to what worked in Game 5. Instead of playing coy and showing different line combinations in the morning skate from the game warm-ups, they have opted to tip their hand.

Evander Kane, Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, and Zach Hyman have an incredible mix of grit, skill, and physicality. Kane has been a clutch performer with timely goals and physical play. Hyman has thrown a whopping 22 hits in the last two games. Look for this line to be a big contributor with Thursday night’s game.
Frederic - Henrique - Brown
Trent Frederic looks to be settling in after only skating in one game with the Oilers during the regular season. Conversely, his linemates, Connor Brown and Adam Henrique, are very acquainted with each other.
Podkolzin - Janmark - Arvidsson
The trio of Mattias Janmark, Vasily Podkolzin, and Viktor Arvidsson delivered the Oilers' game-winning goal to push the Kings to the brink of elimination. Each player on the line can play physically, forecheck hard, and provide secondary scoring.
The Oilers will go with the same defense pairings. But, like always, expect the defense pairings to change frequently throughout the hockey game.
Once again, the Oilers turn to Calvin Pickard in between the pipes to deliver the final blow to the Kings. Puck drop will be after 8:00 PM Mountain Time Thursday night. Game 6 will be broadcast on CBC and Sportsnet.
