The line combinations for both the Edmonton Oilers and the San Jose Sharks.

The Edmonton Oilers enter tonight's game with a 2-8-1 record. On the other end of the rink, the San Jose Sharks host the Oilers with a record of 1-10-1. Both teams will be fighting for an opportunity to break their early season fortunes.

The line combinations for the Oilers remain unchanged from yesterday's practice skate. Unsurprisingly, Stuart Skinner also is projected to start the game in net.

Ryan McLeod and Dylan Holloway will be players to watch, as this will be the first time this season that they are given the opportunity to start a game in the top six. Both have the tools necessary to be successful there - tonight we will see if they can execute with the spotlight on them.

    From the Other Side

Newly acquired Calen Addison will make his debut for the Sharks today. He was seen at practice earlier this morning. As per my The Hockey News colleague Max Miller, here are the Sharks lines.

The Sharks lineup isn't tremendous by any means - but the Oilers can't take them for granted. Max also Tweeted out that Mackenzie Blackwood was the first off the ice this morning, so expect him to be the starter.

Puck drops at 8:30PM Mountain Time.
