Connor Bedard put his stamp on the game against the Edmonton Oilers.

The Edmonton Oilers are looking to keep the ball rolling against Connor Bedard and the Chicago Blackhawks. The crowd was loud after the anthem, and that carried through the first few minutes of the hockey game.

But then Bedard put his stamp on the game:

That snipe had some fellow media members in the press box picking their jaws up from the floor. There is no denying that Bedard can rip the puck.

After Bedard had scored that goal the crowd fell silent. There was no buzz or cheering until the next time that Connor McDavid stepped on the ice.

    Connor Bedard & Taylor Hall.

That goal was Bedard's 12th of the year - only four less than what McDavid scored in his rookie season.
