The department of player safety handed out a fine for a dangerous elbow thrown during the Edmonton Oilers vs Seattle Kraken game last night.

Can Connor Brown play the whole season with Connor McDavid?

For the second game in a row an Edmonton Oilers player is receiving a fine for a play during a game. The Oilers defeated the Seattle Kraken last night in overtime 4-3.

Adam Erne.Adam Erne.

Adam Erne laid a dangerous hit on Pierre-Edouard Bellemare in the third period. Both players were approaching the teams benches when Erne's elbow connected with Bellemare's head.

The replay of this penalty looks more dangerous than the initial sequence. It's safe to say that Erne was lucky that he didn't receive a multi-game suspension.

The Oilers play next on Saturday November 18th against the Tampa Bay Lightning at 2PM Mountain Time.
