The Edmonton Oilers are set to take on the Dallas Stars tonight at Rogers Place. It's a 7pm puck drop with the game available to watch on Sportsnet West.

The Oilers haven't played since Sunday - when they defeated their provincial rivals, the Calgary Flames, by a 5-2 score. Evander Kane, Zach Hyman, Brett Kulak, Evan Bouchard and Vincent Desharnais all scored in the Heritage Classic.
Secondary scoring will be a big thing for tonight's game, as they face the 6-1-1 Stars. As luck would have it, the Stars played last night, so the Oilers have a chance to wear out their opposition to gain an upper hand.
Stuart Skinner earned the win on Sunday and looks to start his third straight game again tonight. He's played two very great games in row.
Sam Gagner is set to make his 2023-24 Oilers debut tonight. He and Derek Ryan will be the 10th and 11th forwards in the projected 11-7 formation that the Oilers are expected to go with.
