The Edmonton Oilers have inked a young prospect to an ELC contract.

The Hockey News writers voted Connor McDavid most likely to win the Art Ross, Hart, and Maurice Richard Trophies.

As training camp winds down, some prospects who stood out at camp get rewarded with contracts. The Edmonton Oilers announced a signing like this earlier this morning.

The Oilers announced the signing of prospect Brady Stonehouse. The 5-foot-10 194-pound winger inked a three-year entry level contract.

Stonehouse has the goal scoring touch - 37 of his 57 points in the Ontario Hockey League were goals. The 19-year old prospect will play for the Ottawa 67's again in the 2023-24 season.
