A returning Edmonton Oilers forward scored a huge goal for the Oilers in the third period.
The Edmonton Oilers have not had much secondary scoring this season. Most of the goals have come from the usual suspects: Leon Draisaitl, Evander Kane and Evan Bouchard.

Fresh off signing a one-year deal with the Oilers Sam Gagner made his return to Edmonton in a big way.
The Oilers were down 4-1 until Gagner scored. Fortunately for the Oilers, he wasn't satisfied with just one goal.
Whatever Gagner has been on for his injury rehab, the rest of the team certainly needs the energy he has brought. He has been all over the ice shooting the puck and throwing the body.
