The Edmonton Oilers have announced their 2023-24 training camp roster. Here's the complete list, excluding Adam Erne, as he was not signed to his professional tryout (PTO) contract at the time this list was printed.
The Oilers have an array of players whom fans should watch very closely at training. Erne and Brandon Sutter are certainly among them, as they each are hoping to land contracts before the start of the regular season. However, fellow PTO signee Sam Gagner will not be participating in any preseason games.

We also will see several Oilers prospects in action at training camp. The most notable of the bunch include Xavier Bourgault, Beau Akey, Carter Savoie, Tyler Tullio, and Jayden Grubbe.

Training camp will also provide us with the opportunity to see Oilers newcomers like Connor Brown and Lane Pederson in action. Yet, the Oilers have a notable absence at the beginning of camp, as Mattias Ekholm is missing the start of training camp due to a hip flexor.

The Oilers' first preseason game takes place on Sep. 24 against the Winnipeg Jets. Oilers hockey is back!
