A few Edmonton Oilers teammates decided to meet up while on vacation.

EDMONTON -- All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.

There is no one named Jack on the Edmonton Oilers, but this saying rings true for a reason. Everyone needs a break from time to time. Even if they do something they love every day, breaks are necessary to recharge and recover.
So, while Connor McDavid, Viktor Arvidsson, and Mattias Ekholm kick off the 4 Nations Faceoff tournament on Wednesday night, everyone else is enjoying themselves away from the rink.
Two Oilers decided to vacation together over the break. Troy Stecher and Kasperi Kapanen are in Hawaii with their significant others. What was their activity of choice?
Golfing, of course.
They both took to Instagram to chronicle their day. They decided to play at Kapalua Plantation Course, which happens to be a beautiful course.

Kapanen shared nine photos and videos with the simple caption, "twas a good day."

Stecher took to his Instagram stories to share his own pictures and videos.
It's good to see these teammates together outside of the rink. It's a pleasant reminder that hockey players are interested in more than just hockey. They also have lives, responsibilities, and personalities outside of hockey.
Here's hoping that a few rounds on the green will prevent Troy and Kasperi from being dull boys.
