Some of the biggest beer drinkers in the NHL are Edmonton Oilers fans, according to a recent study.
The study (as conducted by time2play.com) shows that fans of the Oilers ingest an average of 3.5 beers per hockey game. This has them tied with the Pittsburgh Penguins for sixth among all NHL teams.
