The Yzerplan is getting very long in the tooth, and there's immense pressure for the Red Wings to make the playoffs after a long drought.
They were in excellent position earlier in the season, but with captain Dylan Larkin and trusted veteran Andrew Copp out for the next two weeks (and perhaps more), the Wings have to lean on J.T. Compher and young Marco Kasper at center.
In a tight race in the Atlantic, the Wing at least moved into a tie for third after beating the Flames on Monday. However, the Jackets and Sens are close behind with two games in hand each, and they've been winning more games than the Wings recently.
Do you think the Red Wings will make the playoffs?
