Plus another productive blueliner in Montreal
On every game day this season, THN Fantasy will highlight players and goalies for fantasy hockey managers to stream, roster or utilize in standard leagues and/or DFS games. Players and goalies highlighted for streaming in standard leagues are rostered in less than 50 percent of Yahoo leagues.
Noah Dobson, MTL @ TB (96% rostered) - FanDuel $5,700
Dobson, the Robin to Lane Hutson's Batman, has been solid on the Montreal blue line in his first season North of the Border. His three assists Tuesday gave the veteran blueliner two goals and five points in the last four games. Through 37 contests with the Canadiens, Dobson has produced six goals and 23 points with 87 blocked shots, 66 shots on net, 20 PIM and a plus-2 rating.
Damon Severson, CLM vs. NYI (96% rostered) - FanDuel $3,800
Severson has seen his ice time with the man-advantage increase the past several games with Zach Werenski sidelined. He has notched three assists his past two games with a pair on the man advantage. Werenski is missing Sunday's contest, which means Severson should continue to see copious action when Columbus is up a man. Utilize Severson while Werenski is out.
Kris Letang, PIT vs. CHI (35% rostered) - FanDuel $4,900
Letang, who closed out the pre-holiday schedule with assists in consecutive contests, has been quietly productive this month. He notched eight helpers, including three on the power play, as well as 21 shots on net, 14 hits, 14 blocked shots, 10 PIM and a minus-3 rating over 12 contests in December. Not all is fine, as Letang has not lit the lamp all month and has just two goals in 36 contests on the season.
