On every game day this season, THN Fantasy will highlight players and goalies for fantasy hockey managers to stream, roster or utilize in standard leagues and/or DFS games. Players and goalies highlighted for streaming in standard leagues are rostered in less than 50 percent of Yahoo leagues.
Vladislav Gavrikov, NYR @ PHI (5% rostered) - FanDuel $4,700
Quick, who leads Rangers' blueliners in goals? The answer is Gavrikov, who has lit the lamp in three straight contests and has a point in four consecutive games. Gavrikov, in his first season with the Blueshirts, is up to 25 points, 93 shots on net, 87 blocked shots, 34 PIM and a minus-15 rating over 62 appearances. He is benefitting from an unsustainable 12.9 percent shooting percentage, but with 20 games remaining, ride the wave as long as it lasts.
Rasmus Sandin, WSH vs. CGY (3% rostered) - FanDuel $4,400
The Capitals' trade of John Carlson to the Ducks heaps more responsibility on Sandin, who now will man the team's second power play unit. Sandin has picked up his offensive production recently and now sits at three goals and 19 assists in 57 contests. He likely won't approach his career-high of 35 points from 2022-23 but has an outside shot at hitting the 30-point mark for the second straight campaign.
Damon Severson, CLM vs. LA (2% rostered) - FanDuel $6,200
Rick Bowness' arrival in Columbus resulted in a change of fortunes for the Blue Jackets. The team is red-hot, pushing the squad to just a handful of points out of a playoff spot. Severson has contributed to that run, notching five points across his last four contests while filling a top-four role with power-play time. He five goals, 26 points, 76 shots on net, 78 blocked shots, 37 PIM, 36 hits and a plus-11 rating over 61 appearances.
