Hampus Lindholm may do the same if Charlie McAvoy sits Monday
On every game day this season, THN Fantasy will highlight players and goalies for fantasy managers to stream or roster for the rest of the season. The recommended players and goalies are rostered in less than 50 percent of Yahoo leagues and can be selected in standard fantasy leagues and/or for daily fantasy games.
Hampus Lindholm, BOS vs. CAR (4% rostered) - FanDuel $XX
Lindholm missed eight games in a nine-game stretch earlier in the season. Since returning to action, he picked up his production slightly, notching a goal and four assists in nine contests, nearly matching his output in 17 contests last season. Lindholm was sidelined after game 17 last season, requiring knee surgery. Including Lindholm in this column is based on the possibly Charlie McAvoy misses the contest after taking a puck to his face Saturday.
Evan Bouchard, EDM @ BUF (100% rostered) - FanDuel $XX
Bouchard has picked up his production this month. He tallied only a goal and six assists with an unsightly minus-nine rating in 12 contests on October. This month. Bouchard has notched two goals and seven assists with a plus-four rating over eight games. Bouchard still needs work in his own zone but he is productive offensively, especially on the power play. that said, he dropped from 82 to 67 points last year and could see his output decline again.
Brandt Clarke, LA @ WAS (26% rostered) - FanDuel $XX
Clarke's inclusion mirrors that of Lindholm, as it's dependent on a top blueliner missing the game. Drew Doughty left Saturday's game after blocking a shot with his foot and is questionable to play Monday. If he does sit, Clarke, who has a pair of goals and seven assists along with 11 hits and 24 blocked shots, in 19 contests will likely take ver as the point man on the Kings' first power play unit.
