On a light schedule day in the NHL, a few compelling options...

On every game day this season, THN Fantasy will highlight players and goalies for fantasy hockey managers to stream, roster or utilize in standard leagues and/or DFS games. Players and goalies highlighted for streaming in standard leagues are rostered in less than 50 percent of Yahoo leagues.

Jake Guentzel, LW, TB vs. STL (99% rostered) - DraftKings $7,000
Guentzel, despite the myriad of injuries in Tampa, remains consistently productive. After potting two tallies Saturday, Guentzel has eight points (three goals, five assists) and 19 shots in his last six games. For the season, the scoring winger is up to 17 markers and 19 helpers in 35 contests, putting him on pace to top the 30-goal mark for the fifth straight season with a shot at 40 as well. Guentzel sits 15 tallies shy of 300 for his career.

Jake DeBrusk, LW/RW, VAN @ PHI (20% rostered) - DraftKings $4,000
DeBrusk endured a five-game dry spell at the end of November into early-December where he failed to dent the scoresheet. In addition, he went nearly a month - 10 contests - between goals, before lighting the lamp December 14. Despite those cold stretches, DeBrusk has nine goals, 17 points and 97 shots on net through 35 games this season. He has bounced between the top two lines in Vancouver and is on pace to possibly hit the 40-point mark for the fifth straight campaign.

Chandler Stephenson, C, SEA @ ANA (12% rostered) - DraftKings $3,500
Stephenson is on fire. He extended his career-best point streak to eight games Saturday with that contest his first multi-point output since November 15, a span of 14 games. Stephenson is up to nine goals and 12 assists with nine of his points coming during this current streak, evidencing how poor his output was prior to the run. Roll with him while he is hot but be prepared to bail as soon as he slows.

Mason Marchment, LW, CLM @ LA (9% rostered) - DraftKings $3,900
Marchment, an unrestricted free agent after the season, was traded from Seattle to Columbus prior to the holiday freeze Friday. The return was a second-round and a fourth-round pick with Marchment landing originally with the Kraken after he was traded there this past offseason from Dallas. Marchment skated on the Blue Jackets' first line Saturday, seeing 19:41 of action, including 1:12 on the power play. His presence lengthens their lineup as Marchment will likely play on all three top lines at some point.
