Plus a pair of first overall picks rolling

On every game day this season, THN Fantasy will highlight players and goalies for fantasy hockey managers to stream, roster or utilize in standard leagues and/or DFS games. Players and goalies highlighted for streaming in standard leagues are rostered in less than 50 percent of Yahoo leagues.

Jack Quinn, C/RW, BUF vs. DET (15% rostered) - FanDuel $5,100
Quinn's continued to rise this season aided Buffalo in moving into a playoff spot and first place of the Atlantic Division. He has five goals and two assists over his last nine outings, and the 24-year-old is now at 17 goals, 45 points, 152 shots on net, 42 hits and a plus-8 rating over 71 appearances this season. Quinn's campaign builds on the prior success he had, helping the eighth overall pick in 2025 approach the 50-point mark.

Alex DeBrincat, LW/RW, DET @ BUF (97% rostered) - FanDuel $7,500
DeBrincat sits four points shy of matching his career-high of 78 points tallied in 2021-22 as a member of the Blackhawks. He is closing the season strong, taking a seven-game point streak, during which he has posted a pair of goals and nine assists, into Friday's contest. DeBrincat has 288 markers and 296 helpers in 685 contests in his career, noching at least 27 goals each of his last five seasons and 35 tallies in three of his last five campaigns.

Connor Bedard, C, CHI @ NYR (99% rostered) - FanDuel $7,600
Bedard is closing the season strong with seven goals and seven assists in 15 games since the Olympics break. That hot stretch has given the first overall pick in the 2023 draft, 30 tallies and 37 helpers in 59 contests with his 67 points making the career-high he posted last season. Chicago looks likely to receive another high pick due to their place in the standing and need a stud blueliner, but Bedard has proven to be an elite player as expected when he was selected.

Alexis Lafreniere, LW/RW, NYR vs. CHI (57% rostered) - FanDuel $5,300
Talk of Lafreniere as a first-round bust has died down thanks to his fine play. The 24-year-old winger notched a pair of goals and four assists his last five games, helping Laf reach the 50-point mark for the second time in his six-year career. Lafreniere is at 21 goals, 29 helpers, 11 power-play points, 146 shots on net, 82 hits and 40 blocked shots over 72 outings this season, seven points shy of tying his career-high.
