On every game day this season, THN Fantasy will highlight players and goalies for fantasy managers to stream or roster for the rest of the season. The recommended players and goalies are rostered in less than 50 percent of Yahoo leagues and can be selected in standard fantasy leagues and/or for daily fantasy games.

Evgeni Malkin, C, PIT vs. STL (74% rostered) – FanDuel $7,100
Malkin started the season hot and has yet to slow. His two assists Saturday extended his point streak to six games. Malkin is up to 12 helpers to go along with his two goals in just nine games played. Malkin's pace is likely to slow, but after posting 50 points in 68 contests, 14 points in just nine contests make him a fairly solid bet to exceed last year's production in what could be his final year in Pittsburgh and the NHL.
Filip Hallander, C/LW, PIT vs. STL (74% rostered) – FanDuel $3,400
Injuries create opportunities, when that happens, the benefitting party needs to take advantage. Hallander has just that chance,. Rickard Rakell's hand injury and surgery will sidelined him 6-8 while Rutger McGroarty is still out with his upper body injury from the preseason. Hallander is getting his shot in the limelight, skating next to Sidney Crosby. One could do much worse.
Pius Suter, C/LW, STL @ PIT (2% rostered) – FanDuel $4,700
Suter's inclusion is based on the likelihood Robert Thomas misses the contest with the upper body injury he suffered Saturday, If that happens, Suter likely moves up from the third line to the first trio against the Penguins. Suter posted a career-best 46 points last season with Vancouver and signed a two-year, $8.25 million contract with the Blues in July. He has three goals and an assist in eight games.
Pavel Zacha, C/LW, BOS vs. OTT (29% rostered) – FanDuel $5,000
Zacha, somewhat quietly, has posted a pair of tallies and seven apples in 10 games. He had 57 and 59 points his first seasons in Boston, before falling to 47 points last season. Zacha is manning one of the points on the first power play unit, which should enable him to rack up some easier points during the season. He should post 15-20 goals with close to 30-35 helpers.
David Perron, LW/RW, OTT @ BOS (2% rostered) – FanDuel $4,200
Perron continued his recent upswing with a pair of assists Saturday. Those two helpers gave the 37-year-old right winger five apples in his last five contests. The injury to Brady Tkachuk has moved Perron up to the second line next to Ridly Greig and Dylan Cozens. In addition, he is skating on the second power play unit, where he posted three of his five points on the season.
