Goalies

Logan Thompson, WSH vs. NJ (96% rostered) - FanDuel $7,800
Thompson, despite the Capitals taking a step back this season, is actually having a better season than 2024-25 if you look just at his rates. After winning 31 contests in 43 appearances last season, Thompson has notched 23 victories in 47 contests. On the flip side, Thompson has a 2.39 goals-against average (GAA) and .914 save percentage this season compared to 2.49 and .910, respectively, last season. New Jersey has played better recently, but I am going with Thompson at home.

Vitek Vanecek, UTAH vs. ANA (2% rostered) - FanDuel $7,600
Karel Vejmelka is the primary starter in net for the Mammoth with Vanecek seeing the occasional start, especially one game of a back-to-back. Vejmelka was between the pipes Thursday, giving Vanecek a tough home matchup against the Ducks with both teams fighting for a playoff spot. Vanecek has made just three starts since the Olympic break, going 2-0-1 with a 1.98 goals-against average (GAA )and .917 save percentage.
