Several compelling goalie matchups on a six-game Sunday docket

On every game day this season, THN Fantasy will highlight players and goalies for fantasy managers to stream or roster for the rest of the season. The recommended players and goalies are rostered in less than 50 percent of Yahoo leagues and can be selected in standard fantasy leagues and/or for daily fantasy games.

    Goalies

Eric Comrie, WPG vs. MIN (33% rostered) - FanDuel $7,600
Comrie went from a nice to have handcuff to a must own in a heartbeat Friday. Connor Hellebuyck will miss the next 4-6 weeks - at a minimum - as he slated to have arthroscopic knee surgery, leaving the Winnipeg net to Comrie and Thomas Milic. Comrie had a rough first outing as the main man between the pipes, allowing four goals on 28 shots to lose to Carolina. He doesn't get an easy match up Sunday, but look for a better effort.

Joey Daccord, SEA @ NYI (72% rostered) - FanDuel $7,200
Dacord returned this week after missing five games with an upper body. In his first two contests, Daccord went 1-1-0, stopping 45 of 50 shots. Both the Islanders and Kraken played Saturday, s neither team has an advantage, though New York was at home in the afternoon after a long road trip while Seattle played at Pittsburgh in the evening. This game is another coin flip contest, so be cautious with this one.

Yaroslav Askarov, SJ vs. BOS (64% rostered) - FanDuel $7,400
This is another premier contest between the pipes, with Askarov facing Jeremy Swayman. Both goalies come into the matchup 6-1-0 in their last seven, which should add to the interest level. Askarov and the Sharks got off to a slow start, but both are rolling. His hot streak has improved his season mark to 7-5-1 with a 2.97 goals-against average and .905 save percentage as he is ably filling the role of the team's #1 netminder.
