David Rittich, LA vs. BUF (19% rostered)
Rittich stopped 17 of 18 shots to notch the win Saturday. This is Rittich's second stint at filling the role as LA's main netminder with Darcy Kuemper (undisclosed) sidelined. Rittich went 3-2-0 in his previous turn as a starter when Kuemper was hurt in October. For the season, Rittich is 6-4-0 with a 2.52 GAA and an .892 save percentage over 10 contests. Take a flier on Rittich in this current iteration between the pipes.
Two other possible goalies to consider, depending on who gets the nod between the pipes, are Spencer Martin for Carolina and Yaroslav Askarov for San Jose, The starters have yet to be named, so keep an eye on who is tapped to be in net. Martin, 4% rostered, is coming off a 25-save shutout Saturday and will start one of the 'Canes back-to-back contests Wednesday and Thursday. Askarov, 12% rostered, was called up Monday with Vitek Vanecek sustaining an injury Saturday, Mackenzie Blackwood has been manning the net but Askarov will eventually get his first start for the Sharks, which could come today.
