His two goals and an assist Sunday were the first three-point game of his career and he sits just three goals shy of Brian Leetch's rookie record for blueliners. Schaefer has 20 goals, 24 assists, 146 shots, 84 blocks, and a plus-14 rating over 61 appearances.
