Anton Lundell scored the game-winning goal in overtime for Florida
The wins just keep on coming for the Florida Panthers.
Returning home from a successful road trip in which they won three games in four nights, the Panthers emerged victorious in front of their own fans, defeating the Ottawa Senators in overtime by the final score of 3-2.
The win was Florida's sixth straight overall tenth in their past 11 games.
It also moved the Panthers past the Boston Bruins and into the top spot in the Eastern Conference.

It didn't take long for Florida to get going as they jumped out to a quick lead on the game's first shift.
Running a quick give-and-go with Carter Verhaeghe, Aaron Ekblad drove toward the net and fired a shot that went over the glove of Sens goalie Joonas Korpisalo just 19 seconds into the game.
Ottawa was able to dig in after the quick start by the Panthers and slowly but surely began to take control of the momentum.
During a stretch of about 20 minutes between the first and second periods, the Sens outshot Florida 12-3.
If not for the brilliance of Panthers goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky, the game could have taken on a much different tone.
He made 20 saves through the first 40 minutes, including six high danger shots by Ottawa, whose expected goals was already up to 2.25.
Florida was gifted a little insurance in the form of a Brandon Montour goal that came on the defenseman's third shot attempt of the sequence.
The bad blood between the two teams briefly bubbled to the surface early in the third period when Bobrovsky went after Brady Tkachuk, hitting him in the face with his goalie gloves, after Tkachuk was going after a loose puck that Bobrovsky had covered in the crease.
Montour's insurance goal would prove to be much needed thanks to a pair of third period goals by the Senators three minutes apart.
Suddenly, a game that Florida had been in control of, was back at even with more than half a period to go.
Ultimately, while it would take a little more than 60 minutes, the Panthers would end up earning the two points after all on a perfectly placed shot by Anton Lundell.
The young Finn came flying down the right side of the Sens' zone, cutting toward the net just below the faceoff circle and firing a laser past the ear of Korpisalo and into the top of the net.
On to Carolina.
Here are some thoughts and observations from Tuesday's battle with Ottawa:
Matthew Tkahcuk assisted on Lundell's overtime goal, extending his points streak to six games. He has four goals and 14 points during that span.
Bobrovsky finished with 28 saves and nine high danger stops, according to Natural Stat Trick. He's won each of his past seven starts.
Reinhart has assists in three straight games, though he hasn't scored since Feb. 10 against Colorado.
Verhaeghe picked up an assist, his sixth point over his past three games and ninth in seven games this month.
Ekblad has now scored in two of his past three games.
Montour, meanwhile, has scored in back-to-back games. He's got five points over his past four games.
Florida's penalty kill went a perfect 2-for-2 but the Panthers failed to score on three power play opportunities.
This was the seventh game Florida has surrendered a two-goal lead this season. They are now 5-0-2 in those games.
