Fans attending the Stanley Cup Final can expect an improved experience inside FLA Live Arena
A few changes have been made recently inside FLA Live Area.
The Florida Panthers will host Game 3 and 4 of the Stanley Cup Final this week.
As we saw when the NHL All-Star Game came to town back in February, the league has brought a few extra goodies to make the fan experience inside the 25-year-old venue that much better.
The main things are the speakers.
Normally, the old speakers inside the building provide muffled audio that make it difficult at times to decipher the words coming out of them.
There has been talk about possible replacements coming as soon as this summer, but that has not been confirmed by the team.
In fact, the team had no information to provide at all regarding the newly installed speakers. This is all coming from above.
Speaking of above, there were also a couple of new 2023 Stanley Cup Final banners hanging at either end of the ice, with one located between to the American and Canadian flags and the other next to the banners marking the arena hosting the 2001 and 2015 NHL Drafts and the 2003 and 2023 NHL All-Star Games
Also new in the building were four large sheet-like banners hanging from the rafters at each corner of the ice.
These will likely be lowered and/or extended so that images can be broadcast on them, more than likely to be utilized for pregame festivities.
Something cool in the building that fans won't get to see in person, but maybe on TV, are these very cool Stanley Cup Final wall graphics that were being installed on Wednesday with a blow torch around the event level of the building.
