Florida Panthers prospect Gracyn Sawchyn will attend the 2025 NHLPA Rookie Showcase.

The 20-year-old is preparing for his rookie season in the AHL with the Charlotte Checkers after another solid season in the WHL with the Edmonton Oil Kings. The 2023 second-round pick will attend the showcase, which is set to be held at the MedStar Capitals Iceplex in Arlington, Virginia, on Sept. 3. 

Hosted by Upper Deck - the official trading card of the NHL - the event will be an opportunity for Sawchyn and 30 other prospects from the 31 other NHL clubs to skate together and pose for photos for their first official Upper Deck hockey cards.
