Matthew Tkachuk, Nick Cousins, Brandon Montour and Radko Gudas did not practice Monday in Las Vegas

Matthew Tkachuk has been the driving force for the Florida Panthers during the postseason.
He’s not only the team’s leading scorer, but many of those goals and points have been crucial to Florida’s success.
Tkachuk has four game-winning goals, three of which were scored during sudden death overtime.
His status for Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Final remains in doubt.
Florida held a practice on Monday afternoon at T-Mobile Arena and Tkachuk was one of several Panthers regulars who weren’t on the ice.
Also missing were Nick Cousins, Brandon Montour and Radko Gudas.
Cousins absence is notable because he missed significant time during Game 4. He was on the ice during the second period for only 1:51, and in the third period just 2:01, missing the final 12:55 of the game.
Tkachuk sat out the majority of the third period on Saturday, when Florida dropped Game 4 at FLA Live Arena by the score of 3-2.
During the final minutes, Tkachuk skated two shifts, including the final 2:26 of the game.
With Tkachuk and Cousins missing practice, Givani Smith and Grigori Denisenko took regular line rushes with Zac Dalpe.
Sam Reinhart skated on the second like with Sam Bennett and Carter Verhaeghe while the third line consisted of Eric Staal centering Ryan Lomberg and Colin White.
Anton Lundell remained on the top unit with Sasha Barkov and Anthony Duclair.
Regarding Tkachuk, Maurice was asked if he had seen any improvement in the star winger in the time since Game 4, and in his answer, he confirmed that Tkachuk had, in fact, traveled with the team to Vegas.
“I saw it on the plane yesterday,” Maurice said with a smirk.
As for any new information on the injured players, there was predictably nothing offered up by the coach.
“No, the update will be tomorrow” Maurice said. “We've been at an optional point for the last two months in terms of skating off day and skating morning, but you’ll get all that big information tomorrow night.”
Regardless of who ends up on the ice for Florida during Game 5, Maurice knows his team has the ability to overcome injures to anyone, because they’ve done it before.
The list of key players to miss substantial time this season is long and distinguished.
“You've had your people out of the lineup, and important people out of a lineup, and you found ways to be successful, so you have that belief,” Maurice said. “If none of that's happened to you all year, the first time an important guy comes out of a lineup, it's a big deal.”
Maurice being Maurice, he then delivered one of his patented zingers that he’s been tossing out regularly during the playoffs.
“But being that everybody's playing tomorrow, as of today, we wouldn't have to worry about that,” he said through a smile.
