Game 4 was a massive matchup for the Florida Panthers, and they stepped up big time. The Panthers defeated the Toronto Maple Leafs by a 2-0 final score in the contest and have now tied the series back up at 2-2 after losing both Games 1 and 2.

It was undoubtedly a hard-fought win for the Panthers, and forward Sam Bennett played a significant role in it. At the 12:09 mark of the third period, Bennett scored to extend Florida's lead to 2-0. It was an awesome goal, too, as Bennett deked Maple Leafs goalie Joseph Woll before scoring with a great wrist shot. With this, Bennett now has five goals and eight points in nine post-season games this year.

Following the Panthers' important Game 4 win, Bennett made a perfect comment about the team's play:

"That was more like the Panthers playoff hockey that we're used to."

It is hard to disagree with Bennett's comment about the Panthers' recent play, as they have been excellent. It is never easy going down 2-0 in a series, but the Panthers have bounced back and are now entering Game 5 with plenty of momentum as a result of it.

Bennett and the Panthers will now look to continue to play this kind of excellent hockey when they take on the Leafs in Game 5 from here. If they do, they will have a very good chance of taking a 3-2 series lead over the Original Six club.
