But now, after some major accomplishments that were followed by crushing playoff defeats, the Panthers have slayed the ultimate dragon. On Monday night at Amerant Bank Arena, Florida defeated the Edmonton Oilers in Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final to win the first championship in franchise history.
