Yesterday, the Los Angeles Kings finally locked up Adrian Kempe by signing him to a massive eight-year, $85 million dollar deal. From A+ to F, how would you grade the deal?

The Kings' WHL prospect pool consists of one current defenseman and a forward who has just completed his junior career. L.A. drafted Prince George Cougars' Koehn Ziemmer back in 2023 during the third round, while adding Kelowna Rockets Will Sharpe in the seventh round of this year's draft. The Kings also have defenceman Jakub Dvořák in their system, who played for the Swift Current Broncos during the 2023-24 season.

In a year of promising young blueliners for the Reign, one who often goes overlooked is Jakub Dvorak.

A knee injury caused a major setback to Copley’s career, but based on his recent play, it seems as though it is fully in his rear view mirror.
