The Los Angeles Kings have a chance at history in Montreal on Thursday.

A win would take their season-opening, road win streak, to 11 games, and NHL record.

Anze Kopitar and Trevor Moore have led the way for Los Angeles, registering a point in each of their road games this season.

Moore in particular has been dominant on the road, with 15 points in those ten games.

The Kings will also come in with an extra dose of confidence after beating the Canadiens 4-0 last time these two teams met.

The Canadiens are coming off a 4-2 victory over the Seattle Kraken.

I'd expect Cam Talbot in net Thursday after Pheonix Copley got the nod on Tuesday.

According to LA Kings Insider Zach Dooley, there's a chance Blake Lizotte features on Thursday, but no confirmation from morning skate.

He'll be a game-time decision, but for now, we'll assume no changes to the Kings' lineup.
