It has been recently reported that two of the three California NHL clubs will be rebranding their jerseys and logos this off-season.

This has fans of both teams very excited and optimistic about what the team jerseys could look like at the start of the 2024–25 season.

The Los Angeles Kings could bring back their older-style jersey and logo with a bit more modern look.

There could also be a scenario where the Kings bring back their purple and gold colours. These are widely considered some of the best colour combinations in all of NHL history.

Because this is still recent news, there hasn’t been a ton of information out there surrounding what the new logo and jerseys could look like.

However, that does allow for more speculation from the fan bases of both clubs.

The Kings' rebrand could also open up the door for a potential change in team philosophy. GM Rob Blake has what could be the biggest off-season of his tenure ahead of him.

This would be the ideal time to change the team dynamics and the organization's branding.

As the off-season goes on, we will learn more about the change and what to expect. As of now, fans of both California teams can have the chance to speculate as to what they feel the team will do.
