Kings could make some more moves if they want
With there not being a lot of news going on, many NHL outlets have been putting together hypothetical trades for many franchises. One website believes that the Kings still need to move for a defenseman before the season starts. Colorado's Sam Girard was noted as the ideal target for the Kings to go after.
On the official podcast of the LA Kings, All The Kings Men, Kings legend and hockey hall of fame Larry Murphy appeared on the show. He discussed his involvement in the 3ICE league and his competitiveness at different levels of hockey. Murphy was a first-round pick of the Kings in 1980.
