Ranking the 10 Best Kings of All Time, at #10 Dave Taylor

Welcome to the series where I rank the 10 greatest Los Angeles Kings ever!

At #10, Dave Taylor. He was 1/3 of the Kings' iconic “Triple Crown Line." Taylor joined Marcel Dionne and Charlie Simmer as one of the best lines in Kings' history.

Taylor played his entire career with the Kings, playing 1,111 career games and scoring 1069 points.

He scored 90 points per season five times in his career. He was also able to score 100 points twice. Although he wasn't there just to score points.

As part of the “Triple Crown Line," Taylor was the forechecker along with Simmer, who would go into the corners and get the puck to Dionne.

After his playing career, Taylor transitioned to the Kings front office. He was one of the great minds responsible for drafting the new generation of Kings' legends, Dustin Brown, Anze Kopitar, and Jonathan Quick.

Whether it was on the ice or in the front office, Taylor made his impact known.
