The Los Angeles Kings needed a strong response in New Jersey after the 7-0 thrashing they received in Buffalo on Tuesday, and they provided that response.
On Thursday, the Kings beat the New Jersey Devils 2-1, in a game that was kept close thanks to a stellar performance in net by Devils goalie Nico Daws.
