The NHL announced today 32 selections for the 2024 NHL All-Star game. Kirill Kaprizov, the Wild's leading point getter, will be heading to his third straight All-Star game of his career.
Kaprizov, 26, is heading to his third All-Star appearance of his career which also happens to be his third straight. The 5-foot-10 forward is second on the Wild in goals with 13.
Although he is on the Injured Reserve list, Kaprizov still leads the team in points with 34 in 34 games played this season and will now represent the Wild in the 2024 All-Star game in Toronto.
Two seasons ago both Kaprizov and Cam Talbot made the All-Star game for the Wild and this year they will again, except Talbot plays for the Los Angeles Kings.
Last year, Kaprizov was the only Wild representative and this year he will be again. He will become the 20th Wild player to play in the All-Star Game.
