The Wild's practice rink, TRIA Rink, will now be the practice facility for Minnesota's PWHL team as well.
The PWHL announced yesterday the six arenas that will serve as practice facilities for teams in Boston, Minnesota, Montreal, Ottawa, Connecticut, and Toronto.
TRIA Rink is the practice rink for the Minnesota Wild along with Hamline University and will now serve as the practice rink for Minnesota's PWHL team.
The TRIA Rink opened its doors in February 2018 on the top floor of the Treasure Island Center. Located just a few blocks from the Xcel Energy Center, the rooftop rink serves as a special place for the Minnesota hockey community. The team is also partnering with D1 Training for access to a premier off-ice training environment.
PWHL Minnesota will also play their home games at the Xcel Energy Center which is where the Wild play their home games as well.
