The Montreal Canadiens announced Monday that 30 players were invited to participate in the development camp at the CN Sports Complex in Brossard from July 2 to 5.

The players consist of 17 forwards, 9 defencemen and four goaltenders.

Of the 30 players is Saginaw Spirit standout Owen Beck, and Boston College goaltender Jacob Fowler, among others.

10 players selected by the Canadiens in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft will be among the attendees, including first-round selection Michael Hage.

It is reported by Arpon Basu of The Athletic that Lane Hutson will not be attending the camo as the team has told him to rest. Hutson should be attending the rookie camp, however.

The 70th overall pick in the 2024 Draft Aatos Koivu will also not be attending.
