While the Montreal Canadiens were busy celebrating captain Nick Suzuki’s wedding on Saturday, newly acquired blueliner Noah Dobson was busy settling into his new married life. The end of June was an absolute whirlwind for the defenseman; he was traded and signed a long-term deal on Friday, June 27, and then got married on July 1st.
Dobson’s wife, Alexa Serowik, now Dobson, took to Instagram to publish pictures of their moving day in a custom-built house in Dobson’s native Prince Edouard Island. Judging by the photos, it has everything a player could wish for, including a personal gym filled with all the fitness machines you’d expect, a putting practice area, and a wall featuring the jerseys he has worn in his career so far.

Canadiens: Expect A Big Jump In Accountability
The newlyweds will surely need to set up new living arrangements in Montreal sooner rather than later, but they at least had the time to deal with one move before arranging the next. The new Mrs. Dobson is a NASCAR reporter by trade and has been working for the ABC 6 news team since September 2020. She graduated from Boston College with a double major in Theatre and Communications with a focus on broadcast journalism. She’s no stranger to hockey, though, as she was a rinkside reporter for the Providence Bruins from October 2021 to October 2022.
Much like the Suzukis, the Dobsons’ wedding festivities started with a welcome party. It was held on June 30th at the Clarke Cooke House in Newport, Rhode Island, and is known as one of the swankiest restaurants in the area. On the following day, the couple got married at St. Mary’s Church, the same one in which John F. Kennedy and Jaqueline Kennedy Onassis were wed. Boston Bruins anthem singer Todd Angilly, who is a classically trained opera singer, performed during the ceremony.
The singer also performed at the reception, singing both national anthems at cocktail hour, a real hockey player’s wedding. According to an interview the bride gave People’s magazine, the plan for the rest of the summer is to go golfing, jet skiing, practising on the shooting deck, working out in the new home gym, and enjoy time with friends and family before getting ready for the player’s next season with his new team, the Canadiens.
