The Canadiens are lucky to have Jacob Fowler.

Montreal Canadiens goalie Jacob Fowler has been rewarded once again for his strong play as of late.

This is because Fowler has been named the NHLPA Player of the Week from Oct. 23 to Oct. 29.

When looking at how well Fowler has been playing for the Canadiens, it makes sense that the NHLPA has named him their player of the week. He has been nothing short of excellent for the Canadiens.

Fowler kicked off his week by stopping 20 out of 21 shots against the Chicago Blackhawks on Oct. 23. He then saved 33 out of 34 shots against the Winnipeg Jets on Oct. 25 before putting together a 46-save shutout against the Nashville Predators.
