Canadiens head coach Martin St. Louis revealed that he watches Seinfeld to cool off after postseason games.

The NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs is also a very exciting time of the season. However, with these games carrying such significant importance, they can also be stressful.

Montreal Canadiens head coach Martin St. Louis was asked what helps him fall asleep after big playoff games. St. Louis then revealed his secret: watching Seinfeld.

"I can't tell you all my tricks," St. Louis said with a laugh. "I watch Seinfeld. I mean, what is there, nine seasons? I probably watch it four times in a row. To me, Seinfeld is the show that can let me disconnect from everything. It's the show about nothing. So, you can just think about nothing."

St. Louis then added:

"You don't even have to actually watch it. You can just listen to it because you know the characters, so it's easy to fall asleep. For me, Seinfeld makes me disconnect. Try Seinfeld."

This is a great quote from St. Louis, but it also makes sense that he uses Seinfeld as his show to wind down to. It is a low-stress comedy that is simply there to make you laugh.

St. Louis may be watching some more Seinfeld in the upcoming days, as the Canadiens' series with the Lightning is far from over. The Habs face the Lightning next on Sunday and will be looking to take a 3-1 lead in the series by picking up a victory.
