While some of the Montreal Canadiens’ players celebrated Joel Edmundson’s wedding in Scotland earlier this week, teammate Patrik Laine and his fiancée Jordan Leigh tied the knot Saturday night in Florida.

Pictures of the event surfaced on Instagram through Ivan Demidov’s significant other’s Katyaa Yakovleva’s Instagram account. Amongst what she published, there was even a list of guest which included plenty of hockey players.

On top of Demidov, the Canadiens were also represented by goaltender Jakub Dobes. When the Florida Panthers won the Stanley Cup, Laine was seen celebrating alongside his friend Aleksander Barkov, and it’s not surprising that the Cats’ captain was also present last night.

The list of guests also included Adam Boqvist, Adam Fantilli, and Ivan Provorov, amongst others. At the end of the season, Leigh had confirmed that the couple would be spending their Summer in Montreal but would be heading to Florida to get married at the end of June.

It’s another busy Summer of weddings for the Canadiens. Recently acquired defenseman Noah Dobson is also set to tie the knot on Monday, as he revealed to the press in his first media availability as a member of the Canadiens, and captain Nick Suzuki will also be saying “I do” in early July. Goaltender Samuel Montembeault is also set to marry this Summer as we’ve seen pictures of his fiancée’s bachelorette last month on Instagram.
