This Canadiens prospect is playing some great hockey right now,

Montreal Canadiens top prospect Michael Hage is currently in his third season with the University of Michigan.

Without much surprise, Hage is off to an excellent start to the campaign with the school. The truth can be seen in his stats so far this season.

In seven games with Michigan this season, Hage has recorded three goals, 11 assists, and 14 points. He has also been continuing to play well as the season carries on, as he has seven assists in his last five games alone. With this, Hage is only continuing to demonstrate that he has very good upside.

Hage dominating at the NCAA level is not surprising at all, though. He was excellent for Michigan during this past season, as he posted 13 goals and 52 points in 39 games. This was after the 2024 first-round pick posted 13 goals and 34 points in 33 games with Michigan as a freshman in 2024-25. With this, the Canadiens top prospect just keeps getting better.

It will now be interesting to see if Hage can continue to impress as this season rolls on. If he does, it will only create more hype about his NHL future.
