Former Montreal Canadiens’ prospect Zachary Fucale was a guest on La Poche Bleue, Blanc, Rouge on Thursday, and as the Commissioner of the LSHL, the Living Sisu three-on-three hockey league, he had some good news for Habs fans.

Fucale revealed that talented rookie Ivan Demidov would be taking part in some Tuesday night games and also let on that sniper Patrik Laine could also suit up. While this is new information, we reported a while ago that this was a likely possibility for the Habs rookie.

Just like in past years, the games will be played at Hockey Etchetera, 5920 Ch De La Cote-De-Liesse, Mont-Royal QC H4T1C9. It will cost $12.50 to attend the games and just like in past years, there will be two games per night on Monday and Tuesday.

The Monday night games will feature women, while the Tuesday night games will feature men. The first game will take place a 5:15 PM and the second one at 6:30 PM. The League’s website has yet to be completely updated but it does show that the Men’s league will kick off its activities on Tuesday July 8.

Nearer the time, the lineups should be available. Both leagues will feature four teams sponsored by Be Healthy Love Berry, Accent Assurance, Reno Brio and, unsurprisingly since this company is absolutely everywhere you look in Quebec this days, Man Made.

Tickets will also be available to buy on the website eventually and if you plan to go you should go that there isn’t a lot of parking or seating space so make sure to get there in good time, which is not that easy considering how early the first game starts, but it’s doable based on my own experience.

What this space for more information as it becomes available.
