The third of the eight episodes of The Rebuild: Inside the Montreal Canadiens started streaming on Crave today and it's a good one.

The latest episode of The Rebuild: Inside the Montreal Canadiens is now out on Crave and it's a good one to watch. While it does focus on Kirby Dach's season ending injuries, it also covers more cheerful subjects and let's us see a few Habs with a new set of eyes.

Amongst the topics covered in this weeks' edition there's the team photo, the Hockey Fight Cancer event, and the annual dad trip. Of course, there's also an overview of what went on on the ice and how the players reacted to it.

For one thing, we learn that Martin St-Louis never goes into the dressing room after a defeat, the bench boss explains he doesn't want to be emotive when he speaks to his players, something that would happen if he want to talk to them right after the final buzzer rings. The pilot prefers to let things sink in, what the replays of what happened and then come back to his players.

In the section on Hockey Fights Cancer, we see Canadiens' tough guy Michael Pezzetta speak to a young fan and cancer patient outside of the Habs dressing room. The gritty player who can be quite fiery on the ice, looks like a gentle giant next to the kid and explains how he was affected by meeting Bobby Orr when he was just a young boy.

It's also quite touching to see Pierre Houde play baby foot with kids and screaming his now patented " et le but!!!!!" every time the ball goes in. Just as it does for us, seeing the kids' courage helps the players relativize about the ups and downs of a hockey season.

The most interesting story is however the dad's trip. It's quite something to see them with the players. You'll immediately notice how much some of them look like their dad. For instance, Christian Dvorak and his dad are like night and later that night to quote popular sitcom Friends

Now moving on to episode four which is also out, hopefully it's another good one...
